Dream Home In New York City

If money were no object, I would love to live in New York City, particularly in Manhattan. Ideally, it would be close to the Theater District, but not so close as to cause traffic issues.

It would have no less than three bedrooms and two full baths. The master suite would include a full sized spa tub, separate granite shower, and double vanity in the bath as well as a walk-in closer. I would like a separate alcove in the master suite to set up a sitting area as well. The kitchen should be large with plenty of counter space and updated appliances. I prefer open floor plans with hardwood floors throughout the public areas of the house. There should be plenty of natural light, perhaps with skylights installed in the room. I would like a decently sized yard with a doggy door to accommodate my two dogs.
